Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a private room, which provided a serene view over an ancient, cobbled courtyard—truly a peaceful haven despite the bustling road nearby. The room was impeccably clean, featuring a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV, and essential amenities, all of which ensured a restful stay. the considerate staff went above and beyond, even helping me navigate a transportation issue caused by a strike—an act of kindness that I deeply appreciated. This hotel not only embodies exceptional hospitality but also beautifully merges historic charm with modern comfort, making it a standout choice in Tirano.
